VS-1? on ebay

This is being sold as a VS-1 but it looks like a grey bobbin. I thought they were all black?

Suspect it is a non VS-1 in a VS-1 box.

And the poles are rounded.




Probably switched a pickup and put the one they replaced in the box.

Got a response back from the seller with a pic of the bottom of the pup.. it's a Tokai 'U'!

Seems to have been the thing. The reverse of what happened to your TST100 TG.
