This is a LS85F in matt oak finish. Very rare and unique.

I really didn't like the oak finish, because I was used to seeing it in the quilted maple model, after seing it in the flamed top (which has the most perfect match ever) I'm really diggin' it

Same here.. I don?t like quilted maple finishes at all.. but that oak on flame maple.. I dig it 8) . Has a very "woody" look :wink:

Looks like a Honey burst or Tea burst finish as seen on 58'-59' Les Pauls. Nice flame on that one too.

That one is violin burst LS65 , this is the same one on the left below, and...it used to be buckwilds once.

I had a few customs, but I sold them. I couldn't get past the solid color backs for some reason.

Tokai LS 135 Cherry Sunburst

WOW, I think that LS-135 is my favorite yet! And I don't even like cherry sunburst!

I'm strongly considering buying a LS-135. Ishibashi says the only one they have in stock is a model in matte violin finish. I want that color, but I'm not so sure I want it satin-finished. The wait is "three to four months" for another one, so should I go for it?

I don't suppose anyone has a good picture of this guitar in the color I want?

Hi, Roger!
It feels great, light weight, very easy to play and sounds good too.
Still haven't opened her up 'cause I'm waiting for a few sets of Optima golden strings to arrive. ; )

I'm waiting for the neck of my custom made Tele neck. A US-luthier - a friend, is making a Tele just on my requests, very expensive but this will be the only one ...

I've got the body already, but I'm playing with a 7ender-neck that doesn't fit from the color!
