Help needed to identify tokai p bass

Going to sell this, and I need help to identify, what year this was made? Thanks!

Oh. In Finland, I got it from my friend's collection, who passed away 10 years ago, I have no idea when/where he got it...

Yeah. These are weird. My best guess is they were made in Korea and are not real Tokais.
