Help with info on a Jazz Sound appreciated

Hi all,
Would like some information on an 80's JB that is for sale locally at what "seems" to be a good price. ($500). In very good condition. Candy red with matching headstock.

Would be interested in the year of manufacture and any other info/opinions regarding this model. Low end? High end? In the middle? Body wood, pickups etc.

Sounds like a JB45 with the added 5000 yen for the matching headstock.

Assuming late 1982 by the serial number and model number but need pics.

Seller replaced the pups with Squier Classic Vibe's (huh?) but will include originals. I can't imagine after market Chinese Squier pickups sound better than the originals but who knows.
