Hi!!!
It's the first time I write here. I'm very interested in buying a Les Paul Custom 'black beauty' model type. I've been looking for one and I've found two in eBay that looks very interesting, but I don't know hich of them could be a better guitar and why.
These are the guitars:
80's Burny LP (RLC-???):
http://cgi.ebay.es/Burny-LP-Custom-...57292364?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV
1988 Orville Les Paul Custom:
http://cgi.ebay.es/ORVILLE-Gibson-M...13872257?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV
or... 1989 Orville:
http://cgi.ebay.es/Gibson-Japan-Orville-1989-Les-Paul-Custom-Openbook-Head-/150483820862?pt=Guitar
The first one looks more used than the second (probably because its age). But maybe its woods could be better. The second has long tennon and weights a little more.
I'd like to ask the experts about these two guitars. I'd like more info about them, which of them could be more accurate to the original Gibson model, and your opinions on which one could be better for buying it (quality of woods, year, pickups...).
Thanks a lot.
