HI, first post and apologies it's an ID but I've drawn a blank with my limited knowledge.
I traded something inexpensive for a double bound CAR Breezysound recently. The seller says it's MIJ and he bought it new around 2010.

That's no serial number (which I've read isn't that uncommon for this era?), but also no 'Made in Japan' markings on the neck. Again, I've read this isn't unheard of, but makes it that much trickier. I think it's a 7.25 radius but won't know until my guages turn up this evening.
I'm probably going to put it up for sale soon and want to be as honest as can in the listing.
I've included a link to a Google photos album.

What I do know if the pickups have been swapped out for toneriders. There are no neck markings I can see, or in the pocket, but it does have the slightly countersunk holes which I've read can indicate tokai, so I don't think it's a partscaster but that's only an assumption. The pots are marked 'Made in Japan'
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Here are the pictures, hopefully this works

Yeah. These are tricky. After another similar recent post by another new member I am thinking this may fall in the period between 1992 and 2003.

Likely ATE55 MRR.

It is really hard to say if it was made in Japan.

Those pots are a good clue and seem to be the orifginal ones, although the pickups were obviously changed.

The neck pocket kept getting my attention. I can't tell if it was reshaped/sanded to fit that neck after the body was painted?

And unfortunately I am not seeing any codes on the neck or body. Do you have good pictures down in the cavities? Specifically the neck pickup cavity and the control compartment cavity?

No, I can't find any codes anywhere, nothing in the neck pickup cavity that I can see. The control cavity is the only place I've not looked properly actually, I'll try and get a pic later and post it here. Good call on the neck pocket, it does look like it might've been sanded doesn't it?
Whatever it is, I'm still in 2 minds on whether to part with it, as it was a great trade, and ended up costing me very little, and does play nicely. But as usual something else has caught my eye!
Thanks to all the responses so far
