Edwards E-LP- 85LTS pricing question

Got a gentleman in my area trying to sell me an Edwards E-LP-LTS for 750. It's in mint condition and looks gorgous. Is this a decent price?

750 what? Presumably US dollars?

I've seen prices in Japan for e-lp-85s range from about Y45000 - Y60000, so about $US500-600. You'd then have to pay shipping and import duties on top of that. So I'd say $US750 is a reasonable price.

Oops. I'm sorry I meant it's an E LP 98 LTS not an 85. So if 750 is fair for an 85, it should be a deal for a 98 right?

Yep, a 98 would ordinarily be worth a little more, so that's a fair deal.
