Looking for an older Japanese or Gibson SG - (though not a standard with the big, fixed scratchplate ) with a non-chunky neck (a 61 reissue type?) for no or minimal neck dive.
Something walnut, brown, natural, white, even refinished (but nothing garish or black) heavily preferred over a cherry. Prefer minimal fretwear, undinged neck, but body wear dings are no prob.
I'm in South Cheshire - within reason I'd prefer to meet and pay cash given the vulnerability of slim SG necks, even cased.
I have a fantastic (not even MIJ, but old Korean!) cream Tokai SG standard which will take some beating, but after playing an early 2000s Gibbo the other day I loved the jumbo frets. Cheers.
