got turned on to this guy's music when I was a senior in high (pardon the pun) school, back in the post 'Red Headed Stranger' era, and have been a fan ever since :)

altho' this isn't one of his music videos, it's an interesting look at the man behind the artist's music

Big Willie fan here too.... (and no smart comments from my UK pals on my choice of words, eh?)

Oh Carol..... Chuck Berry

In this clip, Keith Richards gets some schooling from Chuck on how to play the song (looks like Keef is playing an ST100 - LOL)

Oh I love that clip so much  Chuck was probably the first person to correct Keef like that since he was at school. The look on his face is priceless.

What's even funnier is that nobody takes liberties with Chuck Berry songs like Chuck does himself. Intros are interchangeable, & all kinds of stuff gets changed to suit Chuck's mood. And he insists of Keef being note perfect.

Wonderful. Everyone should watch that DVD, it's fascinating.

Hail Hail Rock and Roll is the name of it if I recall correctly. Keith really got his knickers in a twist..... too funny.

Correct. Well you can't really blame Keef. He put this excellent band together to allow Chuck to play his 60th birthday gig in style, & well rehearsed for once. And Chuck does his best to screw it all up.

Incredible stuff.

It really is a great DVD set

Marshall Crenshaw's version is much better, but I couldn't find a decent video of it. Pure pop for now people. 8)

Pink Floyd - Mother (for Mother's Day today). Great live version - amazing sound arrangement and choir like background vocals. Gilmour's guitar work still gives me chills

Ron Wood (pre Rolling Stones) and Keith Richards (missing a tooth - LOL)

I Can Feel The Fire.... great song!
