Hi Russ, work out if the finish is nitro then see what pups it has, three piece back?....compare to this link here.....

Yes, it's a real 1979 Greco.
To see what model: pics of the insides of the pickup cavities and controls cavity would be helpfull. And like said earlier check what pups they are and check with some acetone in pickup cavity if it's a nitro finish.
