i got 2 greco spacey sound .... from 1980 .....both se 500 .... very good copy off fender ..... much like my fender jv ..... got a older se 700 early sixties from 78 .... great guitar too ,,,, but i will say the later 79 to 81 is the most excact copy ...... the se 700 is heavy ,,,, and the paint is thick ... on my se 500 the paint is much thinner
greco did not make an excact copy ....one off my se 500 is a 62 model but it has a singel layer scratchplate.... not 3 layer like on a real 62 model
but good guitar ....
i got yamaha ... squier jv ,,,, fender A and E serial .... all from the early 80 ...... and greco is as good as any off them .....
i dont have the higher models se 800 and 1200
so i dont know about them ....
