love rock removed from eBay?

i was following the bidding on a gorgeous older love rock 'burst, complete with a green velvet-lined hardshell case, and now i notice it is down, with a note from eBay at it's former link:

wonder what happened there? anyone ever experience this kind of thing before? i haven't.

Sometimes eBay remove adverts if the description appears misleading, usually because a copy guitar is advertised with the names Gibson or Fender. But sellers often withdraw ads themselves, either because they?ve found a private buyer, or often just because they decide to change the description ? the ad often reappears a few days later :-? .
