How could I tell the between a 80's or 2000 if they both begin with 000?
I've looked in to the id but I'm
Totaly lost
Please help

you need to post some pics of your guitar or prespective purchase, you will generally get some good answers. There is a lot of mystery and myth around early Tokai guitars as a result of them being better than Fenders of the time. This has meant that there has been a demand for these guitars which has resulted in a lot of fakes and parts specials, so beware.
Telling the difference between 80's and 2000 is anothe rmatter the dating information on thiis site gives some good insight and there are key pointers on specific parts such are either Tokai Branded Saddles or Final Propec, there is also a good book by iainblack if you really want to get in to it. One thing is for sure the guitars will hook you like no other.

If you have a LS model then there?s some good information here: http://www.mylespaul.com/forums/other-les-pauls/167940-tokai-facts-theory-photos-id-thread.html#post3216278

sorry for linking to another forum, I?m sure the information is somewhere in this forum, too, but I can?t find it right now :-?

and post some pictures like guitarmad said
