As we can see, on the neck is writen kind of 12=3
And under the electronic plate we can see 12=3MR
The serial number is made of 7 digits: 1023843

Anyone can tell me, what age and what kind of jazz sound is it?

Hi Stan,

From what I've seen and read, the description is quite accurate - Alder body, 34" scale, dark rosewood fingerboard, etc.
From the codes I can tell you that the neck and body are a matched set - they have not been swapped and they were made prior to 1985.
MR is the colour code (Metallic Red) and the numbers indicate a December build. As the serial number is from very late 1981, then that would be it's Age - 34years old

regards
Peter Mac

Thanks Peter!!! :)
Can you help me with the model of my jazz sound - i read that some of jazz sound are made of 1 piece of ash and they're named 120, or something - may I ask you to tell me which of these is my precious jazz sound? :)
Greetings!
