I will. I thought I had seen it listed in the forum with pictures but I can’t find it right now. But when it arrives I will definitely get all the info I can. That is a low number. I would assume spring of 1982.
Once you get it and get a chance to look under the pickguard, please share pictures. In particular any codes stamped on the body and neck and any codes on the selector switch.
The pickups will help with the model if you don't already know it.

thanks ,that is it. Should be here Tuesday. I should have included the L at the beginning of the serial. From everything I could see in pictures it looks pretty much original. I did a lot of reading here on the forum before I bought it.He had sent me a picture of the switch too. The switch is from December 1981. Very cool.
Thanks. I’m glad to hear that. If there are any other pictures that you would like of it let me know.Looks very original. Nice guitar. Congratulations
Thanks. We are trying to document the changes and are particularly focused on pieces that are unaltered with verifiable dates. The guitar you bought is extremely early example with the new Fender style numbering system that started the month it was made, February 1982.
