1990/1991 Greco EGB-850 Les Paul Bass

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with a Greco EGB-850 Les Paul style bass made in 1990/1991?? It seems to be a quite rare model (they were only made for a few years) and wasn't very popular for some reason. From looking at the catalogs of that time, the popular syles were odd shaped, funky coloured, "heavy metal" styles. The "vintage" look hadn't started to come back yet. The bass looks like it was a high-end model. It was only available in black or white from what I can see.
Anyone with some knowledge would be appreciated.
