Think this is the lowest L serial block logo I've seen so far. Must be June 82.
It occurred to me that i've seen a lot of matching headstock block logo goldstars that start around L11xxx which is totally out of the timeline of the Faber table, I haven't seen any matching headstock block logo under that number.
I wonder if these were actually 1982 guitars and did follow the serial timeline but were given a L1xxxx instead of L0xxxx.
My matching block logo SO goldstar with fanatics decal is L12125 with a May code. May 82 would seem about right for L02125.
L14447 is a block logo matching headstock with a June date stamp. June 82?
But that wouldn't be much of a jump to my ST55 L05689 with November stamp.
Or maybe L1xxxx means 1983 onward but why just matching headstocks?

My feeling is that whole lawsuit thing created a log jam in the UK at least. Possibly in Japan as well if they were sent all the way back.
And I have seen plenty of examples of serial numbers being out of sequence in other periods as well. I still don't have a handle on why other than possibly set asides for big jobs or particular runs of special models like with the ST100 in 1980. But I am guessing.

This appears to be the latest Block spotted to date, serial 16131 and 6=7 stamp = June 83.
There's another 6=7 SO L14447 matching head that had a replacement decal, I think that was prob block too originally.
