It would be slightly different but I have ES 150J back in 81, it is superb, breath taking for looks and tones. There are birds eyes all over the place on 1 piece maple top and what a wonderful maho neck!! It has really feel of vintage it is absolutely amazing. Hope your new ES100 is good too.

hey Dazze, I'm not sure it is helpful answer as you posted quite a while ago... I think it is depending on which tokai era you are looking for. Pre 82, unlawsuite, you should look at around 500 (UK GBP), which I have, sounds like a killer. Post 82 would be lower as quality is not so good. good luck

Well, Greco used to make series called "super real" and it IS super real in looks and not sound... To prove this, you can find copy of ES335 type with no centre block produced in late 70s... But higher model of greco LP is good though!

I'm really sorry to post this no knowledge question, Is final prospec saddle better than tokai saddle? IN another word, higher grade, like tst-80 normally have prospec saddle while tst60 or below have tokai saddle? Please educate me :wink:
