Documenting these.

They were short lived. Premiered in 2003 at NAMM and by 2005 they were no longer made.

Sold for $2,500 new.

The headstock changed soon after they launched apparently because the examples I have seen from 2004 are a different headstock.

I don't usually do a NGD thread but the top on this is stunning and i had to share. Its a 2004 Tokai PR model, i don't know the exact model but it was only made between 2002-2004 according to the seller. It's an absolute joy to play and it is quite a weighty beast.

I'll upload some pics of the cavity's and pickups hopefully someone can help me identify the actuall model number.
