Tokai USG90 SG Jr

Hi, Does anybody know if the SG Jr USG90 has a Nitro or Poly finish please? Mine has a small chip & the finish doesn't look very thick so i was thinking Nitro but any help would be much appreciated.

That should be polyurethane. Tokai did a thin coat to mimic lacquer. Do an acetone test in a hidden location like the pickup cavity to be sure.

Thanks for the info chap. I can tell it's only thin as the grain is visible. I'd say it's thinner than modern Gibson Nitro!
