Does anybody know if this is ok? Looking for a precision bass.

"A small hole has been drilled in the heel of the but of the neck at some point as the truss rodd was seixed and it was the only way to lubricate and free it. It turns now but is a bit stiff. The drill hole is obviosuly only visible if you take the neck off and is very small" :-? Gabe.
