Most of the Korean ones didn't have any serial numbers, my money is on Chinese, as far as I know there weren't any black P90 LP's only goldtops so I'm guessing at a refin too.

I saw a used Korean gold top Tokai similar to this with P-90s last week at Shimokura in Ochanomizu. It looked like it had a thinner body than a regular Les Paul.
