Due to financial crisis  and little body sizes  , I decided to sell my recently bought LS-120 with a great flame top. It is in an excellent condition, only changes are a new Aluminium Tailpiece with Faberkit from togps, but the original parts will be included also. It has been professionally setup by the German luthier J?rg Kuhlo, who also did a Plek Profile (see Google or http://www.plek.com/), so playing is like butter, action very low without buzzing. Lots of sustain!
I am thinking about 1600 ? within shipping in Europe.
An original Tokai hardcase (new) can be purchased for extra 150 ?, sorry, they are **** expensive.
Here are some pics, just ask if you have any questions.

Sorry, Rossi, I have to do this...

Dont be sorry now youve started me off
Well whoever buys it is in for 1 hell of a guitar, that was the best sounding love rock ive ever had and played,it beats a gibo anyday
The only reason i sold it,as you know i wanted a Springy which ive now got
Good luck with selling it

I don't want to see you sad!! I am sad already!! I had lots of sleepness nights, and this is true.
It's the same reason as yours and the wrong job. A Springy and a Tele, the last one I have now. And the rates for my car are killing me... :(
Well, I promised my Mom to sell the Baby, otherwise I can't go back to their house...

Hi Kaze, Hi Rossi!

I am interested but I have a few questions I am sure you can answer.

- Please post the serialnumber (1983?), couldn't find it on the pics
- The neck tenon is short, I thought LS120s have long?
- is this a veneer top? It looks like one on the pic of the pup-cave
- to which "level" was it "pleked"? Ultralow, ....?
- what's the exact weight?

Thanks and cheers!
Rupert

It is a 83 dont know the serial but Kaze will
Neck tenon is correct for a LS-120
NOT a veneer top its Solid its 1cm thick
and it weighs close to 8lbs i think
and its a very very nice guitar whoever buys it are in for a treat

Thanks, Rossi, I just came back from work and couldn't respond earlier.
Serial is 3015757 , Plek Profile Nr. B500033 (storaged at Kuhlo's) with Medium Plek. Kuhlo recommended this profile to me to avoid buzzing, and I tried other heights, they are all low. Low can leed to buzzing, so we did the middle of the options, and it worked out very well. Maybe you can send Kuhlo a mail, I think, he will remember the Love Rock....
The other questions were answered by Rossi, and he knows a hundred times more about Tokais than me.
By the way, I also purchased a new set of Wolfetone's Dr. Vintage pickups, looking exactly as the Tokais in this Love Rock. Haven't installed them yet, so they are brandnew. I will sell them also soon, maybe someone is interested in this forum.
Cheers!

Hmm, on my scale, it showed 3,8 kg, but It#s quite difficult to measure without having the guitar falling down...

Hi Kaze here is a quick link to your 1983 Tokai LS-120 you have for sale. They are from when i had her. All take a look

Ahh, thanks, there you can see the headstock angle. Hey, Rossi, now it's really clean!!
How's your ST-80???

I cant put it down SRV and the blues all the way (magic)

Well, I can't say this about my Yamaha Pacifica 412V... Not a bad guitar, no, it's great for it's price, but not a "real" Strat.

Yes, thank you, I'm just looking for infos in the world wide web for shipping costs. Your home land is far, far away..
The neck is a 50's neck, quite chunky, I think. I will answer your offer soon!!

okay, im waiting for your awnser, cause I have some navigators in sight..

By the way, ill leave here the same question I asked you, does anyone knows if this guitar beats a gibo historic reissue??

Thanks
