Gotoh tuner quality on Vintage series guitars

Are Gotoh tuners on Vintage series guitars (namely, LC models) the same that are sold by Gotoh to the public, or inferior models?
Tuners on Vintage series LCs don't have "Gotoh" or "Made in Japan" on the backs, while they do on the Premium series. Plus descriptions for Tuners on Gotoh website are branded on the back: SG301 - G-GOTOH

This leads me to believe that Gotoh tuners on the Vintage series may be inferior to their regular production (and Premium series). So I wonder what aspec they'd be inferior in...
