Fender CIJ 72 Strat....2006-2008 made by Tokai?

I just bought this Crafted in Japan strat and was told by another guy on a forum it is Tokai made. Have seen all sorts of threads on Tokai making Fender guitars but didn't think they were still making them at this period. I haven't found one definitive bit of information stating when Tokai were in play. I live in Thailand and guitar bought here so 90% of used Fender Japan guitars here are Japan market only. I believe the guitar has US pick ups standard. Post some pics below. It is a super nice guitar, lowest action I think I have ever had on any guitar. The neck is a dream...
Can anyone tell me if it is Tokai made and why?

And what suggests Tokai is the code on the neck, and the date stamp in the neck pocket. You probably have a Tokai type stamp in the neck pickup cavity under that shielding as well.
