I'd wager it's legit, it has a Gibson sticker inside. I'm sure there's lots of people out there who would try to sell it as a "Gibson" with both the sticker and headstock. The Gibson sticker seems a bit overkill to me unless you were going for a fraud resale type thing.
The serial # would likely be the main clue that it's not Gibson, (looks to be something like A XXXXX) and most likely no "Made in U.S.A." stamp, but only serious Gibson folks would know that serial isn't right.
I could totally see this getting passed off as a Gibson to someone.
