One is an LC, one is an LS. Different factories? Different runs?

The different formats (7 & 8 digit) may possibly be China/Korea or two different factories in China?

Could this possibly be 1999??

Left handed ALS models were available then in the 1999 catalog, but not mentioned in the 2009 catalog.
