So this arrived recently, it's a pre-serial number 74-75 Greco 'Narumo' EG800. Stuck some new strings on it as I think the ones that were on it could have been fairly old - a couple of the strings snapped as I was bringing it up to pitch. It's 4.2kg, nice and resonant and the intonation...

Hey Luis, yeah I needed to replace the tuners. Still have them obviously, but they were a bit loose and a couple of strings annoyingly kept slipping out of tune. Also one was slightly bent.

Both are lovely, really liking the look of that tobacco burst on the right though. Very Kosoff!

Just picked up a set of nickel covers, personally I prefer the 'covered' look over the stock cream humbuckers... Photos don't do it justice, they also seem to make the burst appear harsher than it actually is. The grain running through the front of the body is lovely, it's certainly ageing...
