i read on the english homepage that left handed models are available throughout the range at no extra cost, i was just wondering if this is actually true, lol, if it is itd make a dream come true
also, the flying v and explorer replicas arent on there, so can i assume theyre not available in the uk?
cheers

I just ordered a LS90F-L from Japan which I am still waiting for. The guitar itself is identical to a LS80 (which is the right-handed version). The 80 and the 90 both equate to how much the guitar costs in Yen e.g. 80 000Yen and 90 000Yen.

So to answer your question Tokai does but at the sametime doesn't charge extra for lefties they simply whack on a higher model designation than the right-handed equivalent (very cunning indeed).

Hope this helps......Fraser

I just bought mine and I love it ;)

The guitar cost 1100? with hardshell case, what's the price for the LS90F L ? I mean in euro/pound/dollar Fraser?

Pictures available at: http://www.simpukka.net/tokai/

Haven't seen a lefty Tokai Firebird yet. There's quite alot of different models available at our local store. The situation is better than ever ;)

Hungary here

Nice list, -unfortunately the Tokais are very rare here- but you cannot buy all of them in lefthanded, do you?

Simppa75 90000yen = about 664 euros, but then you would need to add about 140 euros for shipping and also add whatever duty is charged.

Yep. And the duty for example in our country is + 22%vat + some extra costs.... that sucks.

Hi Simppa

The LS90F-L cost 788EURO with hard-case,strap and strap-locks delivered. Plus I must pay the dreaded 22% import tax which I am not looking forward to. But on the upside the guitar should arrive in a week which I am very much looking forward to.
