which love rock is better??

I own a tls-50 built in '90 (pictures on http://520050480163.bei.t-online.de/)
now i have the opportunity to buy a
LS-150 built in '81 for about 1200$ here in germany
seller says it is cherry sunburst with flamed top, '58 style neck
and original tokai case...
i got no pictures yet
question: is it a good price for the LS-150? is it much better
than the tls-50? what are the major differences?
