Is it even Tokai? Going by the pup covers and the tailpiece I'd say it's quite new with a rough DIY relic job. Still got the cellophane on the switch cover.
 
it could even be a poplar bodied, maple necked, veneer topped cheap Korean or Chinese build. The price in nuts.

It was specially made to order at Tokai around the 80's. I don't know the detailed specifications, so please give me instructions by asking questions. The pots are CTS, and the jacks and switches are Switchcraft. I don't know where P.U is. I've been using it and haven't had any problems. There is no warping of the neck. There is evidence of burn marks on the back of the head. There are cracks and scratches throughout.
So there you have it - someone called Tokai and specifically ordered a guitar that totally doesn't look like a Tokai and is built to unknown specs with dunno pickups, then burnt and scratched.

In a different auction he's selling this specially made to order Bentley around the 70s, he's been using it and didn't have any problems:
