Tokai LS85S Limited Edition ?

I'm new in this forum. Please, excuse my english, i'm french.

I'm about to buy a Tokai but i have a question :

The seller tells me it is a LS85S gold top with P90 and on the head, it's written "Limited Edition". He told me he paid it 1050 ? (1390 USD) in 2010 and he sells it to me 600 ? (795 USD).

But when i search some information, i only find a chinese Tokai gold top with P90 in limited edition and it costs 449 ? (595 USD).

My question is : does the LS85S gold top P90 Limited Edition exist and is it the wright price ?

I'd sell you mine 450?, she is brand new, never played, still in its original cardboard box.
