Hi, just wonderered if anyone has replaced the inlays on a Love Rock?
I have an '85 LS80 and the stock inlays have always bothered me, being of the cheap looking bright fake MOP variety. I'd ideally like to replace then with some authentic 50's style cellulose nitrate inlays. Crazyparts in Germany has these and offers then in two sizes - vintage and historic. The historic are of a thicker width. Does anyone know which size would be right for a mid 80's Love Rock?
I have found a luthier who will do the job but I need to supply the materials but don't know which size to get.
