Not sure about the profile.
The finish is probably poly since they would have mentioned lacquer in the specs if it were as a selling point.

This seller is saying "59 profile but not a baseball bat".

Tokai Love Rock II Double Cutaway made in Japan
It has a beautiful full tickness quilted maple top. Mahagany body and neck and.
Very well made instrument. Great sounding guitar, Sound wise it's basicaly a Les Paul.
Gotoh PAF pickups and Gotoh hardware.
The pickups can be split to single coils using the push/pull volume and tone pots, which makes the guitar very versatile.
The neck is a 59 profile, chunky but not a baseball bat. Minimal fret wear.
There are some small marks but nothing that stands out.
