Vintage 1980s Tokai Super Edition SD50 Twin HB MIJ Japan Stratocaster *The Turd*
I would like to call this - The Turd. I found this in a local auction house in a job lot of gear, and instantly fell in love with it. Someone's used this to the max! It started off life as a Candy Apple Red body to match the neck, and has now been stripped down to natural in the body. It looks like someone has taken an axe to the body (!!) below the Tokai Floyd rose design bridge, and it's had the active electrics filled in to the back of the body. Honestly - it's a loveable turd, but it's one that plays and sounds incredible! If you're looking for a stupidly cool guitar with plenty of action and bite, this is the one.
