Hi can anyone give me more information about this guitar? 084443?

Is it from 2008?

What specifications did it come with? the nub on the headstock indicates that it's a UK model but it has a tobacco burst (or is it dark cherry?) and I don't think I've ever seen a Tokai with that colour (lefty)
