The picture of the rear of the guitar shows a thinning at the top? I have never seen this. Is this usual?

Hi,

don't worry, this shaping of the back (not the top) has been done by a luthier - according to the seller- so this ist not factory made or ordered!!

He ordered that special shaping 'cause he wanted it to feel the same than his Heritage HM 140 Les Paul.

But what is that guitar?? Didn't find it in the '84 prints

He already answered it's a LS80 or LS100, the difference would have been the pickups in 1984. The top is very likely veneer, back either one or two pieces.
