Bought this from our very own Wulfman just over a year ago. We have between us decided that it is an 1984 EG60-150. Pickups have had the labels torn off so no way to definitely say they are DRY1982's but I can tell you they are very sweet and vintage-sounding and go well in this guitar. EG60-150's came with zebra pickups so it is likely that these are stock.
This is an amazing player, with a perfect '59 profile rounded neck and a killer solid flamed maple top which changes at every angle. Since it came to me, I have replaced the bridge and bridge pickup ring with vintage-accurate parts and have changed the truss rod cover for a Gibson Historic one (the photos I have used are Wulfman's and as such you won't see these changes, though I will upload some current ones too).
In it's past, it has been played hard and sports the usual chips and finish wear, with some denting on the fretboard from fretting hands. It's had at least one re-fret and as such only the ghost of fret-edge binding is visible. Currently, the frets are quite worn (as seen in the photos). It is also on the heavier side at 10.9 lbs and has at least a 2 piece back (very difficult to find the seams) and a neck-heel.
I have also purchased a brand new reproduction '59 Faber/Lifton reissue hard case ($150 alone!) which the guitar will be shipped in.
Priced at $2000 plus shipping to anywhere in the world.
