Coda-music have LS 1000's in which are ...from what I can gather, basically a fancy 150 for ?999 which is a touch on the expensive side, but where can you get a (in my case lefthanded) Gibson of that same spec for that price?

I know I love mine and would happily pay that again

ok ..we have Coda( a bit expensive for me) I am looking for a Shop From Japan( not ishibashi or watanabe or rakuten because they dont have anything). Seriously, i have a big gig in 4 weeks, and i am in a bit of a rush and i am very tired of waiting

When I was looking for a LS-150 a few months ago, I got in touch with Yoshi at Guitar Universe in Japan. I asked him abou the LS-150's availability and he said it was discontinued but that there would be a new run under the number LS-165. I asked a few more questions and he confirmed that the LS-165 is supposed to be the same as the 150, just a new model number. I have no idea about the accuracy of that information, but Yoshi has always been 'in the know' on Tokai so it seems credible to me.

I remembered your plea while I was browsing this morning, Wildchild....Richtone have just got in a few LS150s at ?799 and you can see them on the UK Ebay site...

Thanks you guys....but the problem is this, If i had more money i would have bought a Ls 1000 from Coda and ended the problem ...but you see i don't have that kind of money. I am 20 years old, just recorded an album, got a job for 2 months and after efforts my buget is aprox 130 000 Yen. Thats why i am looking for a place to buy the guitar from japan
