Fernandes logo on this 80's Burny

I'm curious about this Burny listed on ebay, I'm new to Burny and now have two ...what great guitars. A friend wants similar to my RLG 50 and here's one on ebay but I'm curious about the headstock with a Fernandes logo not Burny.

Any ideas about this ?

I have a similar Fernandes Super Grade with that logo. My information is that it is mid to late 80's vintage...
