hahah - i see that a nerve must have been touched on one of the advertisers here -
And so it would seem that threads discussing the removal of items from ebay under somewhat dubious legal grounds now have no place on this forum despite it being of interest especially if it challenges said German sellers rather tarnished reputation.
See how long this one lasts....

Yes the last thread that dared to mention this was just removed without a word of explanation.

I mean it's not as if this issue is of any concern to people who like Tokais, is it? So why on earth would a forum about Tokais discuss (with concern) restrictive practices operated by one of it's members? :roll:

It's disgraceful. And anyone who censors threads like this should be ashamed of themselves. :evil:

Maybe you EU guys aren't used to this but it's called distributor/dealer agreements. When a distributor/dealer signs up to sell product by a company they agree to sell only in certain territories. This is how manufacturers keep their own resellers from poaching on each others customers.

So what you may think is dubious may in fact only be applying the rules agreed to by each reseller or distributor.
