This reverses the CITES Appendix II export/import documentation requirement for Dalbergia that went into effect January 2, 2017.

What does this mean? Effective November 29, 2019, you are no longer required to have CITES documentation for the export/import of guitars that contain Rosewood aka species Dalbergia.
This should be a relief for those that were paranoid of having their guitar(s) confiscated because of international shipping concerns over the past ~3 years.
