No serial number? Then it's probably a pre 75 Greco. Personally I find Greco guitars start to be good in 1977. I would not buy any pre 77 Greco.

I have put texas special pu in my SE800 Super Real + full shielding job + foam muting. But I have put originals pu back a few weeks ago, just to compare. S8 pickups are very low output pickups but I like them this way. My EGF1200 comes with vitamin Q capacitors, cooper shielding and brass nut...

PU-2 are very very sweet pickups, I love them. Usually found on EGF850 and EG800 Super Real. In 80's you could also purchase Greco pickups to swap and I believe pickups were sold without cover. If the cover has been removed by the previous user, you probably can see some solder at pickups...

Well, then I assume there is a slight difference between Greco logo for print/catalogs/ad and the guitars decal. Maybe because if the letters weren't touching they would had 2 separated pieces to put on the headstock(?) I have some big pictures of my 80' egf1200, so I will make another one. ;D...
