That's an odd config, not seen that pup combi before.

I'm thinking this is a self mod by using 2 sets of std Hard Puncher pickups. Hence the black and white cover split. The routing can easily be done and the cable can be routed through an angled hole drilled through from the original pickup cavity, a bit like the earth wire is through and hole drilled at an angle towards the jack socket area.
