I don't know anything about them, but found this:

Same logo.

Based on the TRC, etc. I am guessing this brand was around early to mid 70s? Similar to the 1975(?) Strat you linked.

No idea if there is a Tokai link. If there is that is the first I have heard of it, but a lot is unknown.

What is known is that the clones that were made in the early to mid 70s were nowhere near as accurate of replicas as the the ones made by Tokai in the late 70s that got Fender's attention. Nor are they worth as much.

Have you played it?

I havent played one actually. A guy is selling that but for more money that it was bought (used - a few months ago). I was hunting for that and asked the shop what was the boutique price for that guitar, so the seller wants 1/4 more money for that than he bought that :D . I dont think Im gonna try that for that reason. I was just curious. In the shop they said that it was much better than mexican Fenders, but they can not remember the neck shape etc.

Ok. The heel is a but odd in my opinion. There were lots of things that they seemed to interpolate on design before they had actual vintage copies in hand. Just what I've heard.

So for me it would be interesting because of where it fits historically, but I wouldn’t pay over $500 for it personally. It would have to be cheap to make sense to me. Too many other options out there once you get over that price point I think.
