Hello Forum! I'm loving all the great info on Tokai here. I am curious if anyone has information about this Love Rock I purchased. This headstock is a bit different than most I've seen. I believe it is a MIC 2006? Maybe Korea?

Serial: F0601116

I've read Tokai made a few Love Rocks that were slated to be sold in US that may have had an altered headstock and horn... anybody wanna take a stab at ID'ing this one?

Here are more pix of the guitar in hopes to help. Any ideas what model and where this was made?

Any info on the pickups as well? Thanks for your time :)

Hey, did you ever find out anything definitive on this? I have the exact same guitar with the mystery headstock and serial number F0601255. Obviously not Japanese, but either Chinese or Korean. tokairegistry.com suggests that it's Korean, saying that their serial numbers can start with a letter, but I can't find any great answer on this, and the headstock looks like an Ibanez. There's a newer Tokai made in China line called "Legacy" that appears on Australian retailers that have the same headstock. I'm in Alberta, so I don't think it's one of those and I'm pretty sure this guitar (from a deceased relative) is at least 10 years old or more. Any info you gleaned would be great.
