Can't tell much from those pictures. Do you have a pic of the serial number? Wondering if it is Chinese or Korean?

Yeah. That’s a Korean made guitar. I can’t see the serial number. What is it?.

Looks like maybe 5098054 ??

Still a bit of a mystery how to date these.

Most likely 2005 in my opinion.

You're welcome.

The Korean built Tokais are typically low priced models.

Hopefully they aren't asking much for it.

They can be good players.

Good luck!

For comparison, here is the APB32 in the 1999 catalog. Korean made at that time.

Called a "Hard Puncher" (Tokai's name for a P bass) rather than a "Limited", but similar basses.

Maple slab on maple neck. No skunk stripe.

You're welcome. Hope it helps. Still not totally sure on the date, but it is Korean to the best of my knowledge and likely an APB32 (1995-2005)

i don’t think it’s fake.

I think it is one of thousands of guitars made for Tokai under contract in Korea.

Inexpensive guitars, but apparently licensed by Tokai between roughly 1995 and 2005 while they themselves were making guitars for another company, Fender.

See here for more Korean examples of this serial number type:
