Anyone have single number stamps on their Springy (or Breezy) neck end?

Wondering as a Springy is available (supposedly a ST-80), but it only has a single digit stamp on the neck end. It does look like the typical Tokai printed/stamped code, just curious why it wouldn't have more numbers and the "=" (it's an 1980)?

Anyone with info?

Thanks

Thanks Sigmania. The second pic is from online and yes, it’s a ‘78 OW.

The one I posted is from an ‘80 with serial number on plate. Possible that it’s an early ‘80 Springy with early code? Or earlier neck on a slightly later body/plate… Something I’d be able to live with…

Hard to know without seeing it.

There were three different spacings for necks up until the end of 1980

Is there a fretboard stamp?

And that Allen truss rod adjustment changed to Phillips in 1981?
