I built two of these this Fuzz Face clones with parts you’d find in original Fuzz Face pedals from the late 60s (Millard Germanium Transistors, Tropical Fish, etc.). It’s not perfectly identical in every single part you see is what was in the originals but the most important parts are. Haven’t played an original but it sounds very warm and close to what I imagine they sounded like from watching some videos. Clean design and instead of putting the bias adjustment inside of the enclosure with the wiring, there is a third dial that acts as the bias would on originals. Originals only had two dials.

It’s LOUD!!!!!
And you can get 90s Grunge out of it too.
