The body neck pocket does not seem to have the 'typical' Tokai tool marks.

But, let's wait for some more opinions.

The neck maybe Late 90s/2000 the font on the heel looks familiar but the body lacks the Tokai characteristics.The colour is not part of the Tokai palette either.
